Demo ticket delivery
After a simulated successful payment, the demo confirmation and My demo tickets page display the event, category, quantity, amounts and a clearly marked demonstration reference. Nothing is emailed or physically shipped. Demo bookings are available only in the same browser session for up to 24 hours.
Failed & pending payments
Failed and pending simulations do not create confirmed tickets. Continue the same booking from My demo tickets to retry a failed payment or resolve a pending one. Reloading the page does not itself confirm a payment.
Real ticket delivery
In the separate application, successful server-verified payment is followed by ticket fulfillment and account-accessible booking details. Email and notifications use queues and can arrive later; an email is not a substitute for payment verification. Real admission follows the event’s valid ticket/check-in rules. The review simulator never creates a production admission QR or valid gate-entry token.
Missing tickets
For real transactions, check the booking/payment history before attempting another purchase and contact verified support with the reference if payment remains unresolved. For this demo, reopen My demo tickets in the same browser. Clearing cookies, expiry, or restarting a local memory-only demo removes access to the simulation.
